Interiman Group, the Swiss leader in the recruitment market, offers a comprehensive range of human resources solutions: permanent and temporary recruitment, training, HR outsourcing, outplacement and consulting. In line with its development ambitions, the group sought to strengthen its digital strategy to make it a genuine value creation driver.
Despite an uncertain economic context, Interiman Group maintained its investments to provide its teams with high-performance tools enabling them to focus on their core business: people. The company therefore launched a new recruitment platform designed to streamline the relationship between clients, candidates and employees.
Benefits of integrating the EOLIA ATS software
Throughout the project, EOLIA Software supported Interiman Group at each deployment stage to provide the best responses to its needs. One of the key aspects of the project was the customization and configuration of the ATS software for large-scale multilingual deployment, covering 270 users across fifteen entities and four different languages.
The initial scoping work defined the essential features, including:
- Creating a standard CV template
- Integration with contract management tools (such as E@syTemp)
- Configuring an intuitive portal for application management
To support the change, Interiman Group’s digital department designed internal e-learning training. These modules guided teams through the recruitment process stages and facilitated tool adoption. In parallel, a WordPress plugin was implemented on the group’s career sites to optimize the candidate journey and simplify access to job offers.
Seamless integration and ongoing support
The EOLIA ATS was perfectly integrated into Interiman Group’s information system. Through project-based collaboration, exchanges were smooth and information feedback centralized, which enabled deployment deadlines to be met. The internal pilot team played an essential role in coordinating and prioritizing needs.
Following implementation, a dedicated EOLIA project manager continues to support the group with regular follow-up. This close relationship promotes continuous evolution of the recruitment software to keep it aligned with Interiman Group’s needs and ambitions.
