To meet its clients’ recruitment needs, VIVERIS called on the expertise of EOLIA Software to implement a recruitment solution tailored to its challenges. As recruitment is a strategic activity for the company, the main objective of implementing an ATS software was to improve efficiency and productivity, while facilitating the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Philippe Robert, Sales Director of the VIVERIS group, reflected on his teams’ needs and their use of the EOLIA application, sharing a few tips.
What support?
After defining the project scope, EOLIA Software worked on the deployment of the ATS software to help simplify the management and tracking of applications, interdepartmental communication, as well as the reliability and traceability of information.
Implementing the ATS software for HR, sales teams and operational managers made it possible to centralise all data in a single storage space. This unified management fostered collaborative work between teams, who now use it daily for their recruitment tasks.
After implementation, EOLIA Software supported employees in getting to grips with the tool by training both existing teams and new hires joining the organisation. Today, the EOLIA application is used daily by 50 people within VIVERIS.
Key strengths of the EOLIA recruitment software
The EOLIA project team built on what was already in place to develop a recruitment tool perfectly suited to VIVERIS’s internal processes. The proposed solution met all the criteria expressed by the company.
The ATS software was also integrated with the external solutions already in place, particularly at CRM level. The flexibility of the tool made it possible to support VIVERIS’s evolving needs while ensuring seamless technical integration.
Result: VIVERIS tripled the number of applications and job postings published on the various job boards, thereby strengthening its visibility and attractiveness to talent.
