Needs and challenges
Yann Nabusset, Managing Director of the Amalo recruitment firm, shares his feedback after three years of using the EOLIA Software ATS.
Amalo is a recruitment firm specialising in industrial roles (design office, R&D, production, methods, maintenance, after-sales service, etc.), as well as in logistics, supply chain and Sales Administration (ADV). Working on managerial and senior executive positions, the firm was looking for an effective recruitment tool capable of meeting its growth ambitions.
Amalo therefore turned to EOLIA Software, a publisher of SaaS (Software as a Service) recruitment software. The challenge was to integrate an HR tool capable of managing and tracking applications and recruitment, while also managing prospecting and customer relationships.
Benefits of integrating an ATS
From the outset, a dedicated project manager supported Amalo through all phases of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software deployment. Initial work was carried out to define business needs and determine the features to be developed in order to adapt the tool to the team’s expectations.
After the recruitment solution was implemented, a training programme was put in place to make it easier for employees to get to grips with the tool and to support the integration of new team members.
Following the deployment, the project manager continues to support the firm with regular follow-up. This close relationship makes it possible to continuously evolve the ATS software, according to recruitment and business development needs.
After several years of use, the firm identifies three strengths for its recruitment activity:
- Sending personalised emails
- Access to predefined email templates at each stage of the HR process
- The ability to search for profiles from LinkedIn thanks to data scraping
