The regional and corporate HR teams at ISS France had already been using Eolia Software’s ATS since 2016 when, in early 2022, we opened up personalised access to the recruitment software for more than 300 operational managers who regularly or occasionally recruit within the ISS Group.
With the rollout of the manager portal, Eolia’s teams were able to respond precisely to our request to centralise recruitment requests through existing customised workflows, publish all our job openings on our career sites (internal and external) from HR-approved templates, and enable collaborative processing of applications between HR and Managers, reducing email exchanges.
