The BYmyCAR<\/strong> Group represents 21 car brands across 100 dealerships located between France and Switzerland. With over 80,000 vehicles sold each year, BYmyCAR is the leading French automotive distribution group. <\/p>\n Aware that the Group’s performance relies on the satisfaction and commitment of its 3,000 employees, Human Resources<\/strong> management is a major challenge. One of the priorities was the digitalization of recruitment processes<\/strong> with the integration of an ATS software<\/strong> (Applicant Tracking System) adapted to internal operations. <\/p>\n Following the integration of the ATS software within BymyCar, Claire Cochet<\/strong>, Head of Human Resources Development and Internal Communication, reviewed the Group’s needs and use of the application.<\/p>\n After defining the project scope, EOLIA Software<\/strong> worked on the progressive deployment<\/strong> of the ATS software with the support of a dedicated team<\/strong> on the client side to monitor progress. HR Managers<\/strong> define recruitment needs, draft job offers, and publish them. Then, managers<\/strong> take over the management and monitoring of applications. <\/p>\n Ultimately, the 200 managers<\/strong> are now highly involved in the recruitment process, particularly through the use of the manager portal<\/strong>. This collaborative tool from EOLIA ATS simplifies exchanges between HR Managers and managers. All have direct access to ongoing applications, which enhances efficiency<\/strong>, optimizes exchanges<\/strong> at each stage of recruitment, and guarantees the security of shared data<\/strong>.
