The head office, Monts Fournil, located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts in Vend\u00e9e, houses its sole manufacturing site, its distribution platform, and the franchisor&#8217;s services. Around a hundred professions are represented, including bakers, pastry chefs, as well as support functions such as accountants or legal professionals. This represents nearly <strong>300 employees<\/strong> who work daily to support the franchise network.   <\/p>\n<p>The <strong>La Mie C\u00e2line<\/strong> franchisee network has over <strong>240 points of sale<\/strong> located in France. The stores are bake-off terminals that sell products developed by Monts Fournil, as well as sandwiches and salads for on-site consumption or takeaway. Some actions were still performed manually using Excel files.
